Managing RSVPs, Tickets, or Special Promotions
Events on TasteTXK aren’t just about creating awareness—they’re about turning interest into action. With tools for RSVPs, ticketing, and event-linked promotions, you can plan ahead, manage capacity, and give attendees even more reasons to show up. When managed well, these features make your events smoother, more profitable, and more engaging .
Why It Matters
RSVPs: Gauge interest before the event and plan staff, seating, or supplies accordingly.
Tickets: Secure commitment from attendees and generate upfront revenue.
Special Promotions: Increase excitement and drive additional purchases during your event.
Together, these tools improve both the customer experience and your event ROI.
Step 1: Setting Up RSVPs
Log in to TasteTXK Workspaces → Destinations → Manage Destination → Create Event.
Fill in your event basics (title, description, date, location).
Enable RSVPs.
Best Practices:
Limit RSVPs to match venue size.
Use RSVP data to send reminders through in-app messages.
Encourage early sign-ups by adding urgency (“First 50 RSVPs receive 100 bonus Points”).
Step 2: Offering Tickets
If your event is paid or has limited capacity, tickets are a must.
In the event editor, toggle Ticketing On.
Choose ticket type(s):
Free Tickets – Control capacity without charging.
Standard Tickets – Set a price per ticket.
VIP or Tiered Tickets – Offer premium perks (e.g., front-row seating, exclusive merch).
Define quantity available.
Set ticket delivery (digital ticket stored in shopper’s app wallet).
Example:
Standard ticket: $10 (limit 100)
VIP ticket: $25 (limit 20, includes free drink + 200 Points)
Step 3: Linking Special Promotions
Boost your event’s value by attaching offers or rewards:
Event-Specific Offers:
Example: “BOGO Drinks” during a live music night.
Points Rewards:
Example: 100 Points bonus for ticket holders.
Collaborator Deals:
Example: Partner with a local nonprofit—each RSVP triggers a small donation.
Pro Tip: Promotions tied to events have higher claim and redemption rates because customers are already engaged .
Step 4: Monitoring Attendance & Redemptions
Track event performance in your Analytics Dashboard:
RSVP Count: How many confirmed interest.
Ticket Sales: Revenue and capacity breakdown.
Offer Redemptions: If tied to the event.
Engagement: Repeat visits from attendees afterward.
Step 5: During the Event
Train staff to scan tickets or vouchers quickly.
Use the TasteTXK staff dashboard to check in RSVP guests.
Remind attendees of in-event promotions via in-app notifications.
Step 6: Post-Event Follow-Up
Thank attendees through in-app messages.
Encourage reviews of the event and your business.
Offer a “Come Back Soon” promotion to convert attendees into repeat customers.
