Creating an Offer
Offers are the engine of your storefront on TasteTXK. They attract new customers, reward loyal ones, and encourage locals to choose your business over competitors. By creating compelling offers, you showcase your products and services in ways that drive traffic, increase engagement, and boost revenue.
Why Offers Matter
Drive Sales: Limited-time deals motivate customers to act quickly.
Boost Visibility: Offers appear in local searches, recommendations, and feeds.
Encourage Loyalty: Repeat redemptions turn first-time buyers into regulars.
Trackable Results: Every offer provides analytics on views, claims, and redemptions .
Step 1: Access the Offer Editor
Log in to TasteTXK Workspaces.
Go to Destinations → Manage Destination.
Select your location and click Create Offer.
Step 2: Fill in Offer Basics
Title: Short and catchy (max 24 characters).
Example: “2-for-1 Tacos” or “Free First Class”.
Description: Clearly explain what’s included, eligibility, or restrictions.
Example: “Buy any 2 tacos, get 1 free. Valid Tuesday–Thursday, dine-in only.”
Category: Choose the category that best matches the offer (e.g., Food & Drinks, Shopping).
Tags: Add keywords to increase search visibility (e.g., BBQ, Happy Hour, Family-Friendly).
Step 3: Add Visuals
Cover Photo: 350×500 px (portrait ratio) image showing your product, service, or experience.
Gallery Photos (optional): Up to 5 supporting images (e.g., close-ups, happy customers).
Pro Tip: Use high-quality photos with natural lighting—images are the #1 driver of clicks.
Step 4: Set Pricing & Limits
Original Price (optional): Estimated retail value.
Sales Price (optional): Discounted or promotional price.
Inventory / Voucher Limits:
Lifetime Limit: Max vouchers ever generated.
Daily Limit: Max vouchers generated per day.
Shopper Limits: Control how often each customer can claim.
Example:
Lifetime limit: 500 vouchers
Daily limit: 25 vouchers
Shopper daily limit: 1 per day
Step 5: Schedule Campaign Period
Start Date & Time: When the offer becomes active.
End Date & Time: When it expires.
Pro Tip: Time-sensitive offers (like “Weekend Only”) often get higher claim rates.
Step 6: Add Points (Optional)
Boost engagement by attaching TasteTXK Points:
Assign how many points shoppers earn when redeeming the offer.
Fund a Point Pool to make your offer stand out in search and leaderboards.
Step 7: Fine Print & Highlights
Fine Print: Add terms and disclaimers (e.g., dine-in only, not valid with other discounts).
Highlights (optional): Showcase extras like “Locally Sourced” or “VIP Access.”
Step 8: Preview & Publish
Click Preview to see how your offer will look to shoppers.
Review text, images, and limits carefully.
When ready, click Publish.
Your offer will now appear in the shopper app, searchable by category, tags, and filters.

Next Steps
After publishing your offer:
Track performance in your Analytics Dashboard (views, claims, redemptions, retention) .
Share the offer on social media to increase impressions.
Pair offers with Events or Collaborations for greater visibility .
Encourage customers to leave Reviews after redeeming.
